Utrecht are preparing for the Europa League next season, but with Sebastien Haller joining Eintracht Frankfurt and Richairo Zivkovic returning to Ajax, the club were short of a centre-forward.
However, according to AD, Utrecht have now agreed a deal to sign NAC Breda’s Cyriel Dessers, who will sign a three-year contract at Stadion Galgenwaard.
The 22-year-old Belgian netted 22 times in 36 matches last season for NAC Breda, including a hat-trick in the win over NEC Nijmegen which sealed their return to the Eredivisie.
