According to Algemeen Dagblad, Utrecht are set to sign Manchester City talent Daniel Arzani on loan.

The winger made a big impression at the 2018 World Cup for Australia before being signed by Manchester City. The 21-year-old has spent the last two seasons on loan with Celtic, but has been plagued with injuries.
According to AD, Arzani is now heading to the Eredivisie with only the paperwork left to confirm his move to Utrecht.
Mimoun Mahi is also a target for Utrecht but the former Groningen attacker is happy with FC Zurich,
