After an excellent start to the season, Labyad is expected to depart Utrecht in January with all three of the top teams in the Netherlands linked with a move for the midfielder.

According to AD, when Labyad departs, Utrecht will look to replace the Moroccan with Mustafa Saymak, who himself is having a great campaign with PEC Zwolle. Saymak’s contract with PEC Zwolle is up in the summer, and so far no agreement has been made on a renewal making a January exit likely.

The 24-year-old, who missed most of last season with an injury, has netted seven times and added two assists in 17 games so far this campaign.
