According to AS, Valencia are hoping to sell Jasper Cillessen this summer to free up room in the wage budget.

Cillessen joined Valencia last summer from Barcelona for €35 million but he lost his starting spot to Jaume Doménech.

According to AS, Cillessen is on €11 million a year, which is seven percent of the club’s player budget. Valencia are now looking to sell the Netherlands international in order to free up space in the budget.

Valencia are reportedly looking for €26 million to sell Cillessen, who has been linked with a move back to Ajax, while clubs from Italy are also said to be interested.
