Manchester United v Everton - Premier LeagueThe KNVB are restructuring the way that Dutch football is run with a centre of excellence set to be opened in the summer. They had hoped that Louis van Gaal would return to the national team set up to oversee the future of the Netherlands squad, but it appears that the 68-year-old has turned down their offer.

According to AD, van Gaal is completely focused on ending the season well with Manchester United, and hopes to be in charge of the Premier League giants for the 2016/17 campaign, which is the last year of his contract.

Under pressure from fans, and with Jose Mourinho lingering, Van Gaal knows that only a good finish in the league, and a run in the FA Cup could guarantee his position going into the summer.
