Bert van Marwijk spoke to Dutch broadcaster NOS during his unveiling as the new national team manager of Australia.

Van Marwijk said, “Look at my statistics and the statistics of the Netherlands during the 2010 World Cup. We had the most possession of any team and the most attacking style of play too.
“My staff and I have previously shown with Saudi Arabia that we can get good results playing good attacking football.
“For me it is about the combination. I am by nature an attacking manager but I also want to win. For me winning is the most important thing. “
