Utrecht and Vitesse Arnhem both had goals disallowed by VAR as their clash ended 0-0.

Vitesse boss Leonid Slutsky served his suspension from the stands and he watched as his side created the first big chance but Thomas Buitink was denied by David Jensen.

In the 19th minute, Sander van de Streek thought he had fired Utrecht ahead but VAR brought the play back for an offside in the build-up.

Both sides then traded half chances but the deadlock was not broken. With ten minutes left, Jake Clarke-Salter found the net with a header for Vitesse but he was offside and VAR once again intervened.

Utrecht sit fifth after the draw while Vitesse are 7th.
