Vitesse Arnhem head into the winter break with confidence after a comfortable 3-0 win over VVV-Venlo.

In the 27th minute, Vitesse had a deserved lead when Riechedly Bazoer found the top corner with an outstanding strike.
Three minutes later, Bazoer’s backheel found Danilho Doekhi, who in turn set-up Tim Matavz to fire Vitesse 2-0 in front.
VVV created some chances early in the second half but Remko Pasveer denied Jerome Sinclair and then Peter van Ooijen.
Bryan Linssen then settled the game in the 71st minute with a header from a Bazoer corner.
Vitesse are 6th after the victory, while VVV sit 16th.
