Chelsea only completed a deal for the Burkina Faso international on Wednesday, after the 18-year-old spent a trial period with the London club in the Summer.

Traore joined the Blues from Association Jeunes Espoirs De Bobo-Dioulasso in Burkina Faso, but will now immediately join up with Peter Bosz’s Vitesse side.

Regarded as one of Africa’s biggest talents, Traore made his international debut at 15, and currently has 11 caps with the Burkina Faso national team that came close to qualifying for next Summer’s World Cup.

The midfielder joins Lucas Piazon, Patrick van Aanholt, Christian Atsu, and Cristian Cuevas, who are all on loan with the Eredivisie side from Chelsea.

However Gael Kakuta, and Sam Hutchinson have both had their loan spells ended, and they will return to London. Kakuta made only nine appearances for Vitesse this season, while Hutchinson only featured once.
