VVV Venlo are up to fourth after a comfortable 3-0 victory over NAC Breda.

With eight points from their opening five games, VVV have had a great start to the campaign and it continued against NAC on Saturday evening.

In the 22nd minute, Jay-Roy Grot headed the ball into the path of Johnatan Opoku, who volleyed it into the net from close range to give the hosts the lead. Fifteen minutes later, VVV doubled their lead through a Tino Susic penalty.

NAC failed to make an impact in the game and in the second half, Grot sealed the victory with a firm finish after dribbling towards the box.

VVV move temporarily into fourth while NAC are rock bottom.
