According to Algemeen Dagblad, Memphis Depay and Georginio Wijnaldum are set to join Barcelona this summer.

According to AD, the agents of both players have extensively spoken with the Catalan giants and they are close to an agreement.
Both Memphis Depay and Georginio Wijnaldum are in the final year of their contracts with Lyon and Liverpool, and would be available for a fee of between €15-30 million each.
The fees are perfect for Barcelona, who are short of cash this summer and are looking to refresh their squad with as little money spent as possible.
Memphis and Wijnaldum are also both keen on a move to join Ronald Koeman at the Nou Camp. However, the deals can only be completed once Barcelona raises some funds.
Ivan Rakitic has already been sold but Barcelona are looking to offload Luis Suarez and other players before they can agree a fee with either Liverpool or Lyon.

Depay and Wijnaldum would be great signings for Barca.
The team would look much stronger
Wijnaldum is not good enough for Barca. Depay is a top player but his style of play does not suit Barca unless Koeman completes changes the way they play. Suarez is 33 but still a top player and I think Koeman is making a huge mistake by selling Suarez.
Van Gaal did this in the nineties when he went to Barca. It did not end well for all concerned.
