Willem II wasted several chances as they were held to a 0-0 draw by FC Twente in Tilburg.

The hosts earned a crucial 1-0 win over Go Ahead Eagles last weekend and they went in search of another three points on Sunday. Fran Sol was dangerous throughout the first half, but couldn’t really test Nick Marsman, who also made a fine save to deny Anour Kali on the stroke of half-time.
Willem II continued to dominate in the second half but they were let down by their final ball on several occasions while Kali missed another great chance just before the end.
The point means Willem II move to 13th while Twente remain 6th.
