The Eredivisie champions made a quick start to the game with Jeffrey Bruma hitting the woodwork on nine minutes, before Gaston Pereiro opened the scoring with an excellent finish three minutes later.
However PSV then failed to build on their early lead and in the second half Willem II completely turned the game around. On 55 minutes Erik Falkenburg headed a corner past Jeroen Zoet and the midfielder then made it 2-1 soon after with another simple finish.
PSV were spared a defeat by top scorer and captain Luuk de Jong who drilled a shot past Kostas Lamprou, who would argue that he was un-sighted by an offside Nicolas Isimat-Mirin.
There was to be no winner though for the Eindhoven side who now fall four points behind leaders Ajax, while Willem II sit 16th.
