The draw for the second qualifying round of the Europa League took place on Monday with Willem II being drawn away to Progrès Niederkorn.

Willem II could have met three possible opponents in Monday’s draw: Viking Stavanger from Norway, Progrès Niederkorn from Luxemburg, and Bala Town FC from Wales. It was Progrès Niederkorn who was chosen from the hat.

Willem II will travel to Luxembourg on the 17th of September, with the game scheduled to be played in the Stade Josy Barthel Olympic stadium.

Progrès Niederkorn defeated FK Zeta from Montenegro in the first round of the competition.
