Willem II are set to confirm the signing of Ajax defender Damil Dankerlui on a two-and-a-half-year deal.

Brabants Dagblad are reporting that Willem II have a contract until 2020 ready for the 21-year-old, who has been deemed surplus to requirements in Amsterdam.
The left-back joined Ajax from Almere City in 2011, but Dankerlui has failed to make a single appearance for the first team. He has, however, made over 80 appearances for Jong Ajax in the Eerste Divisie.
Dankerlui is Willem II’s second signing in January after Giliano Wijnaldum joined on a short-term contract last week.
