German Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt have reached an agreement with PSV Eindhoven to sign left-back Jetro Willems.

PSV confirmed on Sunday morning that Willems had left the club’s training in Switzerland in order to negotiate a transfer away from the club. Originally, it was believed that Freiburg were the side to agree a fee with PSV, but it is now being reported by Voetbal International that it is Eintracht Frankfurt.

It is not known how much the German club will pay for the left-back, who still needs to agree on personal terms and undergo a medical before the deal is completed.

Willems only had one year left on his contract with PSV and has indicated on several occasions this summer that he is waiting on a transfer. He has been with PSV since joining from Sparta Rotterdam in 2011, with the 23-year-old making 190 appearances in Eindhoven.
