According to Wolfsburger Nachrichten, Riechedly Bazoer will not get another chance at Wolfsburg.

The midfielder was not wanted by the Bundesliga side last season and was loaned firstly to Porto and then Utrecht.

Bazoer got regular game time in Utrecht and the club were hoping to keep him permanently but the transfer fee and players wages are too high.

The former Ajax midfielder was hoping for a second chance in the Bundesliga but Wolfsburg are looking to offload the 22-year-old this summer.

Wolfsburg paid Ajax €11.9 million for the midfielder in 2017 and will want to recoup some of that transfer fee. He still has a contract until 2021.
