World’s tallest goalkeeper Kristof van Hout is currently on trial with Eerste Divisie side NEC Nijmegen.

The Belgian who played last year at Genk stands at 2.08 m or (6 ft 10 in) according to Football International.
The 27 year will attempt to convince Coach Ruud Brood of his ability and the fact he can do a job for the club in their attempts for an immediate return to the Eredivisie.
NEC are looking for a successor their former goalkeeper Karl-Johan Johnsson who has gone to Belgium with Randers,the club had previously offered a trial to Frank Boecks.
Van Hout has previously played in Dutch football with Willem II having made the grade through their academy.
