The 17-year-old is training with the PSG first-team and has featured on the bench regularly in recent months without making his official debut.
Finally on Wednesday evening, Simons made his first appearance as a 75th minute substitute. By that point, PSG were 1-0 up thanks to Moise Kean.
Simons helped his side see out a 1-0 victory, while Mitchell Bakker also played the full game for PSG.
Simons will now be hoping to make his Ligue 1 debut soon.
