Dordrecht, who have not won since the first game of the season, came into the game at the end of the first half, and they came close to equalising, but Robin Gosens could only fire straight at Martin Hansen.

In the second half Kramer missed a good chance to double the home sides lead, but with 15 minutes to go Mathias Gehrt decided the match for ADO Den Haag, the midfielder slotting into the net after beating Filip Kurto.

The win lifts ADO Den Haag up to 4th, while Dordrecht remain in deep trouble, lying 17th.
