krmaGroningen had started the season with two wins out of two, but their 100% record was emphatically ended by ADO Den Haag, who took the lead through Thomas Kristensen, before a Michiel Kramer double settled the match late on.

The first half was a tight affair, and it was Groningen who should have went in at the break ahead, but after steaming through on goal, Jarchinio Antonia saw his shot saved by Martin Hansen.

Michiel Kramer wasted a great chance to open the scoring early in the second half, but moments later Kristensen played a one-two with Dion Malone before firing ADO Den Haag in front.

Roland Alberg came close to making it 2-0 with a header which went just wide, while at the other end Michael de Leeuw could only shoot straight at Hansen when in a good position.

On 82 minutes Kramer made it 2-0 for ADO Den Haag, firing over Sergio Padt after a long ball from Alberg, and two minutes later the two combined again, with the striker racing onto a through ball before making it 3-0.

ADO Den Haag secure their first three points of the season,  which lifts them into the top ten.
