ADO Den Haag has confirmed the signing of Ravel Morrison on a one-year deal.

Morrison was linked with ADO Den Haag in January when Alan Pardew was head coach but the move never materialised. However, with Morrison now a free-agent, ADO Den Haag have swooped for the 27-year-old.

The midfielder has signed a one-year deal in the Hague after undergoing his medical with the club on Monday.

Morrison told the club’s website, “I have a very positive impression of this club. Football is really my passion. I would like to show that to the fans. I hope to be of further value with my creativity, passing, and dribbling.”

The former Manchester United talent has struggled to live up to the promise he showed early in his career, and arrives at ADO Den Haag having had spells at several clubs, including Lazio, Atlas Guadalajara, Östersunds FK and a number in England, most recently Sheffield United.
