After a failed spell in Turkey with Denizlispor, Ould-Chikh became a free agent this summer and was on trial with Vitesse Arnhem, but failed to earn a deal.
The winger then went on trial with ADO Den Haag and has impressed their staff enough to be given a two-year contract.
The 22-year-old now gets another chance to impress in the Eredivisie. He was heading for stardom when he broke through at FC Twente as a teenager but his career went downhill after he decided to join Benfica.
After a failed spell in Portugal he joined Utrecht and then Denizlispor, where he failed to make a single appearance.
