Eduardo is ADO Den Haag’s first signing of the transfer window after the Chinese takeover was finally completed, and the winger will go straight into the squad for this weekends tie against Feyenoord.
The 24-year-old has been with Sporting Lisbon since 2004, but has managed only 20 league appearances, and has mainly seen action away from the club on loan. Eduardo spent the last five months of the season on loan with Croatian side Dinamo Zagbreb, scoring once in 10 league games.
The signing will be a delight for ADO Den Haag boss Henk Fraser who was determined to strengthen his attack this month with the side currently down in 15th place. Eduardo will not be the last signing with the club expecting two new players through the door before the deadline of February 2nd.
