ADO Den Haag have confirmed the signing of Werder Bremen attacker David Philipp on a two-year loan deal with the option to buy.

The 20-year-old German is an attacking midfielder, that can also play on the wing.

ADO Den Haag have loaned him for two seasons but can make the deal permanent. If they do, Werder Bremen have included an option to buy him back.

The youngster told the club’s website,  “It feels good to join this club, with a great tradition. I have been with Werder for a long time and I am proud that ADO Den Haag gives me the opportunity to act on the stage of the Eredivisie. I looking forward to seeing the fans.”

Phillip played for Werder Bremen’s reserve side last season and scored seven goals and gave four assists.
