jurjus u21The De Graafschap keeper made a positive impression last season, putting a number of impressive displays, despite the club finishing in the bottom two of the Eredivisie. The goalkeeper is under contract with De Graafschap until 2017, so ADO Den Haag will have to pay some sort of transfer fee to acquire Jurjus.

Jurjus is currently valued at around €600k by De Graafschap but this fee shouldn’t present much of a stumbling block for ADO Den Haag. ADO Den Haag recently received around €1 million for Martin Hansen who moved to FC Ingolstadt 04, in the German Bundesliga, last week.

De Graafschap confirmed Den Haag’s interest, with Technical Director Peter Hofstede, saying “It is true that The Hague have been in touch regarding Hidde. To what extent this will continue, I do not know.”

Following the decision of the KNVB committee, De Graafschap have recently been relegated to the Jupiler League and face a fight to keep hold of one of their brightest talents.

ADO Den Haag are not the only club interested in Jurjus with FC Utrecht recently linked with the player.
