The 27-year-old is a free agent after having his contract dissolved by Belgian side Westerlo in June after making only two appearances for the club.
Sno will undergo his medical at ADO Den Haag on Monday, and if it shows up no problems the midfielder will sign a deal until the end of the season.
After starting his career with Feyenoord, Sno has had spells with Celtic, Ajax, Bristol City, RKC Waalwijk and NEC Nijmegen.
Sno’s career had been threatened after suffering an on pitch cardiac arrest while at Ajax, but the former Netherlands U21 international recovered and now plays with a defibrillator in his chest.
