Ajax defender Ricardo van Rhijn is set to undergo a MRI scan in Austria where his team are training ahead of the 2014-15 season.

The 23 year old suffered a hamstring injury while training and the scan will reveal the severity of the injury according to Voetbal international.
Since making his debut for the Lancers the rightback has made 77 Eredivisie appearances for the club and made 32 appearances for the club last season.
Van Rhijn recently extended his contract with the club till the 2018 season.
The Dutch international earlier this year became 151st Ajax player to be inducted into club van 100 after his 100th club appearance against NAC Breda.
