Centre-back Davinson Sanchez has been a revelation for Ajax this season and has reportedly attracted the attention of Spanish giants Barcelona.

Spanish newspaper “Sport” is reporting that Barcelona are planning a revamp of their defence in the summer and could see Sanchez as the perfect recruit.
The Colombian was a target for Barcelona in the summer, but they only saw the youngster as part of their B team and Sanchez instead chose Ajax. In Amsterdam, the 20-year-old has formed a formidable partnership with Nick Viergever, conceding only eleven goals in fourteen league games.
Sanchez only cost Ajax €5 million and has a contract until 2021 at the Amsterdam Arena. Any move for the centre-back would be costly for the Catalans.
