The 18-year-old, nephew of Winston Bogarde, moved to Hoffenheim from Feyenoord in 2018 and made his debut for the first-team this season.
Bogarde only has one year left on his contract with Hoffenheim and may leave the club this summer. According to BILD, Ajax are interested in the centre-back, along with Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig.
Winston Bogarde is a coach at Ajax and that may work in the Amsterdam club’s favour. Melayro’s brother Lamare is today being linked with a move to Aston Villa.
