Four Ajax fans, all from Amsterdam, have pleaded guilty to affray for their role in hurling pavement and other debris at police prior to the club’s Champions League semi-final clash with Tottenham.

Three police offers were hurt, none seriously, while attempting to make arrests during the event which happened near the stadium about half an hour before kick-off.
All four men, one of whom was charged with assault on an emergency worker as well as affray, are now awaiting a sentencing date.
