BeIN Sports Turkey are reporting that a deal has been agreed between Ajax and Galatasaray, with the Turkish giants now speaking with Tete to convince him about a move to Istanbul. There is no mention of the transfer fee in the reports.
The right-back played back-up to Joel Veltman last season and director Marc Overmars confirmed at the end of the campaign that the 21-year-old was likely to leave. The upcoming appointment of Marcel Keizer doesn’t appear to have changed Tete’s mind.
Tete has made 31 Eredivisie appearances for Ajax and has six caps for the Dutch national team.
letting peter bosz go easily
klassen is about to leave
veltman linked to move i think and now tete
i was waiting for ajax next season at the champions league with a strong campaign but now they are getting weaker by letting players go i hope they dont sell anymore players
and tete is a good talent he is better than veltman in my opinion but a move to Galatasaray is not good for him i dont love the turkish league i prefer the players to stay in the eredivisie than going to any league except (PL or La Liga or Bundesliga or serie A )
agree with you completely amr… I actually prefer tete at right back. we can have veltman in the middle with sanchez. i think we will be okay without bosz and klaassen (a chance for van de beek and nouri). But thats it, anymore and the team structure is destroyed.
