The 19-year-old was voted the talent of the year in Belgium last year and won’t come cheap for Ajax, who are reportedly willing to offer €11 million in order to sign the Jamaican.
Clubs such as Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester City and Chelsea are also keeping their eye on the youngster, but Bailey is said to prefer a move to Ajax where he can continue his development.
Genk signed Bailey from AS Trencin last summer for around €1.4 million, with the forward scoring six goals and adding nine assists in 35 games. He has a contract with the club until 2020.
