The draw for the last 16 of the Europa League took place on Friday with Ajax drawn against Ukrainian side Dnipro.

Ajax booked their place in the last 16, for the first time in five years, on Friday with a 3-0 win over Polish side Legia Warsaw comfortably seeing the Amsterdam side through 4-0 on aggregate.
Dnipro, who sit third in the Ukrainian league, came through Greek side Olympiakos, winning 2-0 in the first leg before drawing 2-2 in Greece on Thursday. Earlier in the competition the Ukrainians finished 2nd in a group containing Inter Milan, St Etienne and FC Twente’s conquerors Qarabag.
The first leg will take place in Ukraine on the 12th of March before the 2nd leg in Amsterdam a week later.
