Ajax wants to add a new midfielder to the squad before the transfer window shuts next week, and they have decided on Davy Klaassen as the target.
According to BILD, a €12 million bid has been placed by Ajax for the 27-year-old.
Speaking with DeichStube, technical director Frank Baumann has said any player at Werder is up for sale, “Our situation is known. On the one hand, we naturally want to create the strongest possible team, but we have also said that no player is not for sale.”
