Ajax have confirmed the signing of highly-rated Red Bull Leipzig striker Nicolas Kühn.

The 18-year-old signed a deal until 2021 on Tuesday in Amsterdam after Ajax agreed a reported fee of €2 million with Red Bull Leipzig.
Kühn was highly-regarded in Germany and was reportedly wanted by Barcelona. However, Ajax have won the race to sign the forward, who will join up with the Jong Ajax squad.
Kuhn started his career in the Hannover 96 academy but joined Leipzig in 2015. He didn’t make his debut in the Bundesliga before departing.
