According to Voetbal International, Edson Alvarez is possibly heading for the exit at Ajax this January.

The Mexican midfielder joined Ajax from Club America for €15 million eighteen months ago, but he has failed to impress in Amsterdam.

The 23-year-old is not a regular starter for Erik ten Hag and now wants to depart in search of more game time.

Ajax may also let 20-year-old goalkeeper Dominik Kotarski departed on loan.
