AZ Alkmaar have announced an agreement to loan Yukinari Sugawara from Nagoya Grampus for next season.

AZ have an oral agreement with Nagoya Grampus for the loan and Sugawara will complete the deal after undergoing a medical later this week.

The 18-year-old made his first-team debut back in 2018 and has made 24 appearances for Nagoya Grampus.

Sugawara, who has seven caps for the Japanese U21’s, will be AZ’s first new signing of the summer.
