According to Marca, Barcelona boss Ronald Koeman is not interested in loaning out Pedri to PSV Eindhoven.

The 17-year-old was linked with a loan move to PSV Eindhoven on Tuesday by Mundo Deportivo.

However, Marca is reporting that Ronald Koeman does not want to lose the talented winger and could use him in the first-team this season.

There is also a financial reason for the decision not to send him to PSV. When signing Pedri from Las Palmas a clause was included that stated Barcelona would have to pay an extra €8 million if Pedri was not given a shirt number this season. He is only allowed to be loaned to a Spanish club to get around this.
