The Vitesse Arnhem defender has six caps for the Dutch national team but due to FIFA rule changes he can change his allegiances.
Curacao national team boss Guus Hiddink has reportedly made an approach to Bazoer, but De Gelderlander is reporting that the 24-year-old has said no.
Bazoer still feels he has a future with Oranje and wants to keep the option of a call-up open. His form with Vitesse has seen him linked with the Netherlands squad, but Frank de Boer did not select him for the upcoming World Cup qualifiers.
