The midfielder left Ajax for Utrecht last summer, but after an impressive campaign in the Cathedral city, Timber may be heading for another transfer.
Ajax are reportedly happy to bring Timber back to the club, while PSV Eindhoven are also interested in signing the Netherlands U21 international. Le Soir adds that Club Brugge and Royal Antwerp, who are overseen now by Marc Overmars, are also in the race.
Timber has a contract with Utrecht until 2024 and would earn his club a nice transfer fee if he was to depart.
