De Telegraaf came out with the news on Tuesday morning that Ajax were hoping to bring the winger back to Amsterdam and reported that Bergwijn was not opposed to the move.
However, speaking to PSV TV, Bergwijn insisted he is happy at PSV Eindhoven and will only consider any offers at the end of the season.
He said, “I want to keep it to the facts and they are very simple: I am happy at PSV and have not been approached by any club. As I have indicated before: after the season I will start thinking about my future. “
PSV director John de Jong and head coach Mark van Bommel have both stated there is no chance that they will sell Bergwijn to a rival.
