ADO Den Haag’s fine league form continued on Saturday evening as Tom Beugeldsijk’s late strike gave them a 1-0 win over NAC Breda.

NAC went into the game on the back of two straight league wins, and they should have taken the lead on nine minutes but Mounir El Allouchi curled the ball of the inside of the post before Giovanni Korte’s rebound also hit the woodwork.

The hosts missed a great chance before the break through Menno Koch and as the second half went on, ADO Den Haag grew in confidence. With ten minutes to go, the visitors snatched the lead with a corner falling to the feet of Tom Beugelsdijk and he rifled the ball into the net.

NAC couldn’t find an equaliser before the end as ADO Den Haag held on for their third win in four Eredivisie matches. ADO rise to 8th in the table while NAC are 14th.
