According to Voetbal International, Dortmund has submitted a €33 million offer for the Ivorian, who has a contract with Ajax until 2025. It now seems inevitable that Haller will be joining the Bundesliga side.
Haller made a big impression last season for Ajax, finishing top scorer in the Eredivisie with 21 goals, while also netting eleven times in eight Champions League ties. The 27-year-old now looks set to be the replacement for Erling Haaland at Dortmund.
Ajax paid West Ham United €22.5 million to sign Haller in January of 2021, with the former Utrecht and Eintracht Frankfurt star making 65 appearances for the Amsterdam side, scoring 47 times and adding 16 assists.
