Bayer Leverkusen made it two wins out of three under Peter Bosz with a surprising 3-1 victory over Bayern Munich on Saturday.

Bosz got his first win as Leverkusen boss last weekend against Wolfsburg and his side went into the clash with Bayern full of confidence.

However, four minutes before the break, Leon Goretzka fired the visitors in front before Robert Lewandowski had a second disallowed.

Leverkusen equalised eight minutes into the second half through an excellent Leon Bailey free-kick. Ten minutes later, Bosz’s men led when Kevin Volland netted from close range.

Bayern pushed for an equaliser but in the last minute, Lucas Alario sealed an excellent win for the hosts.

The victory lifts Bayer Leverkusen up to seventh.
