Ake spent the first six months of the season on loan with the Cherries and played ten Premier League games but was recalled by Chelsea in January.
Since then the young Dutchman has struggled for playing time, with the FA Cup win over Tottenham at the weekend his first start for Chelsea. The 22-year-old hasn’t featured in a single Premier League game since returning to the league leaders.
According to The Mirror, Bournemouth are hoping to sign Ake permanently this summer and will offer Chelsea £25 million for the defender and goalkeeper Asmir Begovic.
