The 25-year-old is coming into the last few months of his deal with PSV Eindhoven and was always expected to leave the club this month in search of regular first team football.
It now appears that Brentford have come out on top in the race to sign Jozefzoon, who has agreed to join the English side and will undergo a medical on Thursday, according to Sky Sports.
Jozefzoon signed for PSV back in 2013, but the former Ajax winger has only made 46 Eredivisie appearances for the club. He would be the second winger to leave Eindhoven this month with Luciano Narsingh signing for Swansea City.
