Frank de Boer and Phillip Cocu are among the candidates for the Rinus Michels award which honors the Dutch coach of the season.

De Boer and Cocu are favourites for the award, but they face competition from Utrecht’s Erik Ten Hag, PEC Zwolle’s Ron Jans and Heracles Almelo’s John Stegeman who have all had strong seasons.
Cocu picked up the prize last season after guiding PSV to the Eredivisie title while the two previous years saw Frank de Boer triumph.
The winner will be picked by their peers at the Dutch coaching congress on the 6th of May.
