Luc Castaignos has left Sporting club de Portugal to sign for South Korean side FC Gyeongnam on a three-year deal.

On Tuesday morning it was announced that Sporting had terminated the forwards deal, allowing him to leave the club on a free transfer.

After undergoing his medical, Castaignos has now signed a three-year deal with FC Gyeongnam.

The 26-year-old former FC Twente, Feyenoord, Internazionale and Vitesse forward joined Sporting from Eintracht Frankfurt in 2016. However, he only made nine appearances for the club and was not needed by Marcel Keizer.
