FC Twente forward Luc Castaignos is set to sign for Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt.

The 22-year-old was absent from FC Twente’s first training session on Monday, with Voetbal International reporting that the striker was in Germany to complete a move to Eintracht Frankfurt.
The Bundesliga side have agreed a fee of €2.5 million for the former Feyenoord and Inter Milan attacker, who will become the latest casualty of FC Twente’s money problems after Kasper Kusk, Bilal Ould-Chikh and Darryl Lachman were all sold.
Since joining Twente in 2012, Castaignos has scored 37 goals in 94 Eredivisie games.
